WHY 3D PRINTING

A practical way to explore unusual ideas

Small runs without mould tooling

3D printing does not require a dedicated injection mould. This makes it worth considering for custom objects and smaller production runs, where tooling would add to the upfront cost.

Geometry that does more

Connected elements, unusual textures and moving features can be designed into the object. The manufacturing method becomes part of the creative idea.

Develop a sample before the full run

A sample lets you assess the shape, feel and visible details. Changes can be reviewed before the agreed batch is produced.

We discuss the concept, practical options and what needs to be developed, then prepare a quote.

03 · Review the agreed sample

Check the design and finish before the full production run. Any changes are agreed at this stage.

04 · Produce the batch

Once the design and order details are approved, we manufacture the agreed quantity.

What determines the price?

The quote depends on design work, size, quantity, print time, colours, assembly and finishing. Sample development is included in the agreed scope. If you have a target budget, share it early so we can discuss a suitable approach.

Questions about custom corporate gifts

Do I need a finished 3D model?

No. You can start with an idea, sketch, logo or reference image. We will discuss what needs to be designed. If you already have a model, we can review it for the proposed use.

Can you make a small batch?

Small production runs are part of the service. Tell us the quantity you have in mind; feasibility and pricing depend on the design.

Can the shape itself be customised?

Yes. The project can include a custom shape, moving features and brand details. We review which features are practical at the intended size.

Can you match our brand colours?

We can discuss available colours and combinations. Exact colour matching depends on the material and finish and should be checked against a physical sample where it matters.

How long will the order take?

Timing depends on design development, sample approval, quantity and the production schedule. Share your target date when you enquire so we can assess it before you order.
