These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of our website, online store, products, services, features, tools, and any related content provided by NordPaja (together, the "Services").
The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to NordPaja.
NordPaja operates this store and website using Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer products and services to you.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services or placing an order. By accessing our website, using our Services, or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by any policies referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our Services or place an order.
Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, or affects any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

You may be asked to provide certain information when using our Services or placing an order, including your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, payment information, and other details required to process your order.
You agree that all information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact, billing, and shipping information is correct.
If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account. You must not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to another person.
We may suspend or terminate access to an account where permitted by law, including if we reasonably believe that the account is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in breach of these Terms.
SECTION 3 - OUR PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately, including product photos, descriptions, dimensions, colors, materials, and other product information.
However, product appearance may vary slightly due to your device settings, screen type, lighting, material batches, and the production process. For 3D-printed products, minor layer lines, small surface variations, slight color differences, and small dimensional tolerances may occur. These are normal characteristics of 3D-printed and small-batch products and do not usually constitute a defect.
This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is defective, damaged, unsafe, incorrect, or not as described.
We may update product descriptions, availability, prices, and product information from time to time. We may discontinue or limit the availability of products where permitted by law.
Some products may be made to order, produced in small batches, or customized according to customer specifications. Please read the product description carefully before placing an order.
SECTION 4 - 3D-PRINTED PRODUCTS
Many NordPaja products are 3D printed, made in small batches, or made to order.
Due to the nature of 3D printing, the following characteristics may occur:
- visible layer lines;
- small surface imperfections;
- slight color variations between material batches;
- minor dimensional tolerances;
- small differences between photos and the final product;
- minor differences between individual pieces.
These characteristics are normal for 3D-printed products and do not usually constitute a defect.
Products should be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with any product-specific care or safety instructions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, our products are not intended for use with food, open flame, high heat, medical purposes, or safety-critical applications.
PLA may deform or become damaged if exposed to high temperatures (over 50C), direct heat sources, dishwashers, boiling water, or strong mechanical stress. Please follow the care instructions provided on the product page or with the product.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights if a product is defective, damaged, unsafe, incorrect, or not as described.
SECTION 5 - CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Some products may be custom-made, personalized, or produced according to specifications provided by the customer.
You are responsible for checking all customization details carefully before placing your order, including names, text, colors, sizes, quantities, design choices, and other specifications.
Custom-made or personalized products may not be eligible for cancellation or return if production has started or if the product has been made according to your specifications, except where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
If we need to clarify details before producing a custom order, we may contact you using the email address or other contact information provided with your order. Delays in receiving the required information may delay production or delivery.

SECTION 6 - ORDERS
When you place an order through our store, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.
Your order is accepted when we confirm the order and process it, or when we otherwise begin fulfilling the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law, including where:
- a product is unavailable;
- there is an obvious pricing or product information error;
- payment is not authorized or cannot be processed;
- delivery is not possible to the address provided;
- required customization information is missing;
- we reasonably suspect fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity;
- the order breaches these Terms or applicable law.
If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid, unless we are legally entitled to withhold payment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at info@nordpaja.fi. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order has been accepted or production has started, especially for custom-made or personalized products.
Your purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
SECTION 7 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are shown in euros (€).
Where applicable, prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. If NordPaja is not VAT registered, VAT is not added to the price unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs and any other applicable charges are shown during checkout before you place your order.
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price shown at the time you place your order and confirmed in your order confirmation email.
We may offer promotions from time to time. Promotional terms may apply in addition to these Terms. If there is a conflict between promotional terms and these Terms, the promotional terms will apply only to the relevant promotion.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, billing, and shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
Payment methods available at checkout may depend on your location, the products ordered, and the payment providers available through our store.
SECTION 8 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery options, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are shown during checkout where applicable.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, seasonal demand, production time, and circumstances outside our control.
For consumer orders, the risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive physical possession of the goods. If you choose a carrier that we did not offer, the risk may pass to you when the goods are handed over to that carrier.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information may be charged to you where permitted by law.

SECTION 9 - RETURNS, WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS
Returns, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you usually have a statutory right to withdraw from most online purchases within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period for goods usually begins when you receive the goods.
Some exceptions may apply, including for custom-made or personalized products made according to the customer’s specifications, where permitted by law.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. Simply returning the goods, refusing delivery, or not collecting a package may not be sufficient to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or we have agreed otherwise, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping where permitted by law and where this has been communicated to the customer.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights in relation to defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming goods.

Our Services, including but not limited to our website content, text, images, graphics, product photos, product descriptions, designs, logos, trademarks, layout, videos, and other materials, are owned by NordPaja, our licensors, or other rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms allow you to use the Services for personal and lawful purposes only.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, sell, license, scrape, download, store, transmit, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services or our content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
NordPaja’s names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks or identifiers of NordPaja. You must not use them without our prior written permission.
Shopify’s name, logo, product names, service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. Other names, logos, product names, and trademarks appearing on the Services are the property of their respective owners.
SECTION 11 - OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We may provide access to tools, features, applications, or services offered by third parties, including services provided by Shopify, payment providers, analytics providers, shipping providers, marketing tools, or other service providers.
We do not control all third-party services and are not responsible for their content, functionality, availability, or terms, except where required by applicable law.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies provided by the relevant third party.
We may add, change, suspend, or remove features, tools, or third-party integrations from time to time.

Our Services may contain links to websites, services, or materials operated by third parties.
We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content, accuracy, security, policies, or practices of third-party websites or services. If you choose to access third-party websites or services, you do so at your own risk.

SECTION 13 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
NordPaja is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, any sales and purchases you make through our store are made directly with NordPaja. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and NordPaja, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from products or services purchased from NordPaja, except where Shopify is responsible under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with NordPaja.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify may also collect and process personal information in connection with your access to and use of our store and related services.

We aim to provide accurate, reliable, and available Services, but we do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits, or affects any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights related to defective products, products that are not as described, statutory remedies, or other mandatory consumer rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NordPaja will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for defective products, personal injury, fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
SECTION 21 - INDEMNIFICATION
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless NordPaja, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, service providers, and licensors from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- your breach of these Terms;
- your violation of applicable law;
- your infringement of the rights of a third party;
- your misuse of the Services;
- your fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activity.
This section does not apply in a way that limits your mandatory consumer rights or imposes obligations on consumers where such obligations are not permitted by law.
SECTION 22 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law or removed from these Terms.
The remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable.
SECTION 23 - WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms, together with any policies referenced in them, constitute the agreement between you and NordPaja regarding your use of the Services and purchases from our store.
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms will not be construed against the drafting party.

You may not transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms or your rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent.
We may transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations where permitted by law, including in connection with a business transfer, restructuring, merger, sale, or change of service provider.
This does not affect your mandatory consumer rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
If you are a consumer, this does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights that you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

Consumers may also have the right to contact their local consumer protection authority or use applicable consumer dispute resolution mechanisms.

We may update, change, or replace parts of these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on our website.
Where required by applicable law, we will notify you of material changes.
The updated Terms will apply from the date stated in the updated version. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective means that you accept the updated Terms, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
