Discuss a stable tabletop base, a wall-mounted version or a display arrangement. Size, supports and cable exit are planned for the intended position.

Mains-powered
A suitable power adapter supplies the LEDs from a wall socket. A practical option for reception desks, shop windows and displays used in a fixed location.

Rechargeable battery-powered
For exhibitions, fairs and temporary displays where a nearby socket is inconvenient. We specify a compatible battery arrangement for the chosen lightbox.

- Agree brightness, battery placement and charging access.
- Confirm whether the battery and charger are included.
Battery runtime depends on LED power, brightness and battery capacity. We confirm the arrangement and expected runtime for the agreed configuration; there is no universal all-day runtime. A customer's existing power bank must be checked for compatibility.

Price depends on size, shape, design preparation, quantity, colours, materials, lighting, power supply, mounting parts and finishing. We confirm what is included, delivery costs and the production schedule before you place the order.
Share a target budget and required date in your enquiry. There is no standard price or lead time that fits every custom sign.
Before we make your sign
Can the box follow the shape of my logo or mascot?
Yes, the outline can be developed around your artwork. Very thin strokes, small islands and intricate details may need adaptation for the housing, lighting and support. We review those changes with you before production.
Is the battery built in or separate?
That is specified for the project. An external rechargeable pack or another suitable arrangement can be considered depending on the lightbox, size, stability and charging access. Do not assume a battery or charger is included unless it appears in your quote.
Can you promise a full day at an exhibition?
Tell us how many hours you need and the intended brightness. We assess the LED load and battery arrangement for that requirement. Runtime is confirmed for the agreed configuration rather than promised for every design.
Can you use my logo and brand colours?
Yes. Send your logo, colour references and any brand guidelines. We review how fine details, letter thickness and colours will translate into the finished sign. Printed and illuminated colours can look different from a screen; any sample or colour check is agreed before production.
Do I need a 3D model?
No. A logo file, text, sketch or reference image is enough to start a discussion. We confirm any design preparation or 3D modelling in the quote. Please use artwork you own or have permission to reproduce.
Do you install the signs?
No. NordPaja provides manufacture and delivery. You arrange mounting, installation and any electrical work at the site. The mounting approach and supplied parts are agreed before production.
